HELTIE horse® Detox is based on the herbs turmeric, boldo (Peumus boldus), artichoke (Cynara scolymus) and milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.).
When to do a detox or not
In principle, you apply a detox to your horse twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn. A detox is intense for horses and requires a lot of energy, so it is not suitable for all horses. Always consult with us first or a vet whether a detox is responsible
Dosage & Application
HELTIE horse® Detox may be given as a top dressing over feed or injected directly into the mouth with a syringe.
Dosage:
- Maintenance: 1 x daily 50 ml per horse for 7 days.
- When in doubt: Contact us for the right dosage for your horse. Every horse and every situation is different.
Not suitable for pregnant mares, unless in consultation with doctor or therapist.
